Watch and Learn: Beaded Corn Craft Tutorial

Ready to get started? Gather your materials and follow these simple instructions to create your own beaded corn masterpiece.

Materials & Supplies

Instructions

  1. Twist the Pipe Cleaners: Start by taking the 4 pipe cleaners and twisting them together in the middle. This will form the base of your corn decoration.

  2. Create the Arms: Fan the pipe cleaners out to create 8 individual arms. Each arm will be a segment of your corn.

  3. String the Beads: Carefully string 12 to 15 beads onto each pipe cleaner arm. Leave about half an inch of the pipe cleaner exposed at the end to secure the beads.

  4. Form the Corn Shape: Once all the beads are in place, fold each beaded arm upwards toward the center. This will mimic the natural shape of corn kernels clustering together.

  5. Secure the Top: Twist the ends of the pipe cleaners together at the top to secure the beaded arms in place, completing the corn shape.

And there you have it—your beaded corn creation is ready to be displayed! Whether you place it on your mantel or use it as a festive table centerpiece, this craft is sure to bring a smile to your face and a touch of autumn charm to your home.
